Help get Kevin a pair of Shoes:

We want to do something EXTRA special for Kevin's birthday. After much brainstorming, we've come up with this idea. Since we're limited to how much we can do online...someone recommended all visitors pitching in a little money to buy Kevin an actual gift - which I'll give to him the next time I see him. It will be a little belated, but a birthday present from all of us none the less! With that being said, we've decided to buy him Louis Vuitton shoes! I mean, come on, you all know how much he loves Louis Vuitton. AND you all know how much he loves shoes. It's perfect!

First of all, we narrowed it down to six choices and had fans pick which pair we should get for Kevin. The winning pair of shoes cost $600. A lot, we know. But if we all pitch in, we can make this work. We will also be making a huge card with the names of everyone who contributed to buying Kevin this gift.

What we need from you is the following:
